About the Role
La Herradura Western Wear is looking for a creative, energetic, and bilingual Social Media Content Creator and Live Sales Host to help grow our presence across Social Media.
This person will create original short-form content in both English and Spanish, host live-selling sessions, promote store products and events, and work closely with our marketing team to develop fresh campaign ideas.
The ideal candidate is comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, understands current social media trends, and can consistently create clean, engaging, and professional content that represents the La Herradura Western Wear brand.
Responsibilities
- Create original short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Develop content in both English and Spanish.
- Film, edit, and publish clean, engaging, and trend-focused videos.
- Host TikTok and Instagram Live sessions to showcase and sell store merchandise.
- Present products confidently, answer customer questions, and encourage purchases during live streams.
- Post consistently to Instagram Stories and keep followers updated on products, promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, promotions, and social media campaigns.
- Stay informed about current TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, editing styles, and platform updates.
- Create content that matches the La Herradura Western Wear brand and appeals to our target audience.
- Help plan and capture content during store events, product launches, photo shoots, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify and contact influencers and content creators who may be a good fit for the brand.
- Help coordinate influencer collaborations, product promotions, and sponsored content.
- Organize content files and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Review content performance and help identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and sales.
Qualifications
- Fluent or professionally proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
- Confident hosting live videos and interacting with customers in real time.
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of short-form video trends and social media culture.
- Experience editing videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Creative, dependable, and able to produce content consistently.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating with a marketing team.
- Willing to appear in promotional videos and represent La Herradura Western Wear professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with social media marketing, retail, fashion, western wear, e-commerce, or live selling.
- Experience working with influencers or coordinating brand collaborations.
- Photography, videography, graphic design, or copywriting experience.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, or other social-commerce platforms.
- A portfolio or social media account showing previous content creation work.
