Furry Land Mobile Grooming is hiring experienced Dog Groomers / Pet Groomers / Mobile Dog Groomers in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Murfreesboro, Gallatin, Lebanon, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.
Leave the busy salon behind. Groom one-on-one, work independently, earn great tips, and spend your day doing what you do best — grooming dogs.
At Furry Land, you won't be juggling multiple dogs in a crowded salon. You'll work independently in a fully equipped, climate-controlled Mercedes Sprinter grooming van, providing personalized grooming services right at our clients' homes.
Our dedicated support team handles scheduling and customer communication so you can focus on your craft, your clients, and providing an exceptional grooming experience.

What You'll Do
- Perform professional dog grooming and pet grooming services from start to finish
- Bathe, brush, dry, clip, scissor, style, de-shed, de-mat, trim nails, clean ears, and perform sanitary trims
- Complete breed-specific cuts and customized styles based on pet owner preferences
- Safely groom dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, coat types, and temperaments
- Provide personalized, one-on-one care to every pet
- Communicate professionally with pet owners before and after appointments
- Maintain grooming notes and service records
- Keep your mobile grooming van clean, sanitized, organized, and ready for appointments
- Deliver the quality and customer experience that keeps clients coming back
What We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced professional groomers who can confidently complete full grooms independently.
Qualifications include:
- 1+ year of professional dog grooming experience required
- Strong scissoring, clipping, bathing, drying, and finishing skills
- Knowledge of breed-specific cuts and different coat types
- Ability to complete full dog grooms independently from start to finish
- Comfortable grooming dogs of different breeds and sizes
- Strong animal handling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable managing your workday independently
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Mobile grooming experience is a plus, but not required
- Grooming certification is a plus, but not required
