Supernova Landscape Company is hiring motivated and reliable Landscaping Crew Members to join our hardworking team! We service residential properties throughout the Spokane area and are looking for individuals who take pride in outdoor work and want to grow with a locally-owned business.
Position Summary:
As a Landscape Laborer, you will work alongside a team to complete residential and commercial landscape installation projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscape installation projects from start to finish.
- Prepare job sites by removing debris, vegetation, and existing materials.
- Install decorative rock, bark mulch, topsoil, and other landscape materials.
- Prepare planting beds and assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
- Install sod and assist with lawn establishment.
- Dig trenches and assist with irrigation installation and repairs.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment safely.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Follow direction from crew leaders while working efficiently as part of a team.
- Ensure all work meets Supernova Landscape’s quality standards.
- Perform other landscaping duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, excavation, or outdoor labor is preferred but not required.
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE (REQUIRED)
- Experience operating compact equipment such as a Dingo, skid steer, mini excavator, or similar machinery is a strong plus.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
