As a DSP, you’ll empower individuals with disabilities to live independently, build meaningful relationships, and fully participate in their communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily living skills & independence
- Encourage community involvement & inclusion
- Respect privacy, dignity, and well-being
- Mentor and advocate for self-directed choices
The Tools you need:
✔ High School Diploma/GED
✔ 18+ years old
✔ Valid PA/NJ driver’s license (1 yr of driving exp.)
✔ Able to attend paid training (for 3 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
