Auto Intensive Care of Savannah is looking for a skilled Mechanic to join our team in Savannah, GA! Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic testing on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Repair and replace faulty components such as brakes, suspension, and drivetrain parts
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and communicate findings to service advisors or customers
- Utilize shop equipment and diagnostic tools to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop standards
- Document all work performed and parts used for accurate service records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and shop tools and equipment
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
