Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Full-Time Weekend Field Manager (FM) to lead all weekend field operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate service delivery, high-quality field execution, and excellent customer service during the weekend cycle.
The Weekend Field Manager oversees placers and auditors, manages routes and signage operations, coordinates reporting, and serves as the primary point of contact for weekend customer needs.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with required weekend availability. The schedule is flexible but ensures operational success during weekends.
What You’ll Do:
Weekend Personnel Management
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard placers and auditors
- Train new and existing staff on placement standards, safety, and procedures
- Ensure all field staff are properly equipped with supplies
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and enforce quality standards
- Review auditor accuracy and documentation
Weekend Operations Management
- Oversee all weekend staffing, deployment, and route execution
- Confirm accurate placement and timely pickup across all routes
- Ensure proper map usage and compliance with established standards
- Review and submit placement and pickup photos
- Document stake loss incidents and maintain loss maps
- Submit accurate weekend sign count reports
Loss & Inventory Oversight
- Track placer losses and enforce corrective expectations
- Manage weekend production workflows (WED production)
- Oversee sign inventory, including:
- Rider swaps
- Design changes
- Quality control checks
Route & Map Management
- Review, update, and validate route maps
- Conduct pre-route audits to ensure route integrity
- Verify all new route launches through field checks
- Ensure placement and pickup accuracy across all active routes
Customer Relations
- Handle all weekend customer service communications
- Resolve issues quickly, professionally, and thoroughly
- Escalate or transition issues to weekday operations when needed
- Canvas potential customers within designated service areas
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with production, logistics, and weekday management teams
- Provide weekend insights to support operational improvements
- Assist leadership with staffing forecasts and planning needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in field operations, logistics, or route-based services preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the service area
- Reliable transportation required
- Experience training and developing field staff
- Familiarity with reporting tools, digital documentation, and map-based systems preferred
