The Role: As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be understanding and meeting the unique transportation needs of service members. You'll undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program, guided by our Senior Sales Team, to equip you with the skills for success.
Your earnings in this role are solely tied to your sales performance, offering unlimited commission potential. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are approximately USD 60,000 annually. However, top performers have the opportunity to far surpass this, with earnings reaching up to USD 100,000 per year or more. This setup enables motivated individuals to earn significant financial rewards based on their sales achievements and success in the role.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker or strong English skills
- Clean criminal record
- Willingness to relocate overseas
- Valid driver's license
- Current US passport holder or residency or spouse visa in South Korea
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or an office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Motor trade experience beneficial, but not essential
