We are recognized for the quality of our products, which are found in various markets sectors such as: mining, data centers, AI, industrial, institutional. We’re looking for a highly seasoned leader to oversee the production of our dry-type transformers production plant.
Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Coil and Core Assembler will be responsible for manufacturing laminated cores used in the construction of dry-type transformers. This role involves preparing and assembling steel laminations to ensure high-quality core assembly aligned with design specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up rolling and laminating equipment for core assembly
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical plans for transformer cores
- Cut, shape, and assemble steel laminations accurately according to specifications
- Ensure proper stacking and alignment of laminations to meet quality standards
- Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and safe condition
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies during manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in metalworking, manufacturing, or related fields preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret plans
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing environments
Pay: $20.00 per hour
