We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Hyatt team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring hotel operations run smoothly overnight.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and requests
- Balance and audit daily hotel transactions
- Prepare and distribute nightly reports
- Answer phone calls and make reservations
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight hours
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with preparing for the next business day
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Comfortable with computers and learning hotel software systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous hotel, customer service, cash handling, or night audit experience preferred, but not required
