Automotive Parts Counterperson

Do you enjoy helping customers and have an interest in the automotive industry? Bomnin Automotive Group is looking for a motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our Parts team.
In this role, you'll assist customers and technicians by identifying the right parts, managing inventory, and helping keep our operations running efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts requests.
- Answer phone calls and provide parts pricing and availability.
- Pull, stock, and organize inventory.
- Process special orders, backorders, returns, and credits.
- Coordinate with the Service and Collision Center teams to ensure timely parts delivery.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current on new products.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive parts or dealership experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
