The Adult Education Data Manager ensures accurate data management, compliance, and efficient program operations by maintaining and auditing data in the OAE data management system (LACES), generating and reviewing reports, and staying current with federal and state policies relevant to the National Reporting System. This role provides professional support to students, staff, and visitors, handling confidential information sensitively, assisting with intake and assessment, and facilitating DRC diagnostic testing and student placement. The Data Manager prepares student records, supports instructors with progress monitoring and feedback, and provides non-instructional student assistance. Administrative duties include managing files, inventory, purchase orders, contracts, and equipment, as well as taking minutes and acting as Building Emergency Coordinator. Additionally, this position actively participates in professional development, serves on the OAE Data PD Team, and upholds high standards of professionalism, communication, and teamwork in all responsibilities.
