Responsibilities
- Deliver rental equipment safely and on time
- Set up party rentals (bounce houses, water slides, tents, etc.)
- Ensure equipment is clean and ready for use
- Inspect equipment for safety
- Complete paperwork with customers
- Maintain great communication with customers
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Help maintain high company standards and support team growth
Qualifications
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to operate a box truck or truck and trailer
- Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Ability to follow delivery schedules
- Exercise sound judgment in the field
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced environments
Experience Preferred
- Management or leadership experience (2+ years preferred)
- Box truck or truck & trailer driving (2+ years preferred)
- Heavy lifting / labor work (2+ years preferred)
- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Compensation & Perks
Starting Pay:
$17–$21 per hour + tip share ( $2+/hour extra)
Our top employees regularly earn $20–25+ per hour with tips and bonuses.

Schedule
Most deliveries occur on weekends, with occasional weekday deliveries.
Typical delivery windows:
Friday
6AM–12PM
4PM–10PM
Saturday
6AM–12PM
4PM–10PM
Sunday
6AM–12PM
4PM–10PM
Weekday shifts can often be scheduled around school or other jobs.
