Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards, adhering to food safety protocols, and creating memorable experiences for our patrons.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including all equipment and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while upselling menu items.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for reservations and managing guest flow efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for all sales.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, food safety practices, and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Pay: $5.00 - $6.00 per hour
