Overview
The Pacific-Union Club is seeking polished, professional Servers to join our distinguished Food & Beverage team. This is a rare opportunity to secure a full-time serving role within one of San Francisco’s most prestigious private clubs, offering exceptional union wages, and the potential for stable 40-hour workweeks, which is increasingly uncommon in San Francisco’s hospitality market. We employ a non-tipping service model, offering consistent premium hourly wages in place of gratuities.
At the Club, hospitality means delivering food and beverage service with professionalism, precision, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. Servers play a critical role in maintaining the elevated standards of service that define the member experience.
For hospitality professionals seeking career stability, refined service standards, and the prestige of working within one of the world’s most respected private clubs, this role represents an extraordinary opportunity.
