Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage, create, and elevate all digital content and brand storytelling for Salon Patrick and Salon Patrick Social.
This role is perfect for someone who understands aesthetics, branding, and social media strategy within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry, as well as a passion for running a branded website.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Capture and edit photo and video content (in-salon and event coverage)
- Maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic across all platforms
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
- Promote salon services, med spa offerings, retail, events, etc.
- Highlight Salon Patrick Social food & beverage offerings and experiences
- Engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate voice
- Collaborate with owners and team for promotions, launches, and events
- Track analytics and provide insights to improve engagement and growth
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management and/or marketing (beauty, lifestyle, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong photography and video content creation skills (Reels/TikTok required)
- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Must be creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented
- Portfolio or examples of past work highly encouraged
- Familiarity with website building and/or willingness to learn new skills
