Position Overview
Bolling Behavioral Consulting LLC is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to support high‑quality ABA services across our daycare and school‑based partnerships. This role blends direct client work with leadership, training, and operational coordination. Ideal for an experienced RBT ready to step into a leadership pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Implementation — Deliver ABA therapy with fidelity, collect accurate data, and support behavior plan integrity.
- Staff Mentorship — Coach new RBTs, model professionalism, and assist with onboarding and competency checks.
- Operational Support — Help coordinate schedules, ensure smooth session flow, and maintain communication across sites.
- Family & Facility Communication — Maintain professional, timely communication with caregivers and partnering daycares/schools.
- Quality Assurance — Review data, support program integrity, and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- 1+ year ABA experience (2+ preferred)
- Experience in daycare or school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between partner sites
- Ability to work independently and support team development
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional weekend support as needed
- Daycare and school‑based environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience
