Qualifications
- Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles, with knowledge of meal planning and food preparation techniques
- Strong background in restaurant or kitchen environments, especially within the food industry or fine dining settings
- Demonstrated culinary skills including knife techniques, cooking methods, and food handling expertise
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
