Moveras, LLC is dynamic automotive transmission remanufacturing company seeking a proven Manufacturing Engineer to expand its multidisciplinary engineering team in its headquarters in Salem, NH. In this role, you will be working in a team of engineers, to support the manufacturing floor, drive quality and standardize processes.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on manufacturing and engineering data

Drive quality, flow, and cost improvements in manufacturing

Audit internal processes and execute resolutions based on results

Manage projects from conception through completion
- Utilize problem solving tools in driving corrective actions

Lead/participate/support improvement projects

Improve efficiency and reduce waste

Lead the standardization and documentation processes across multiple departments/job functions

Design tools and fixtures
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing cells
Skills/Experience:

BS in Engineering (Mechanical or similar discipline)

3-7 years of experience in manufacturing role

Self-motivated, independent leader with ability to lead change
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight schedule constraints while maintaining high quality and balancing multiple projects

Ability to conclude on technical issues and provide feedback for decisive action

Proven project leadership skills

Excellent presentation skills, with ability to interact with cross functional teams and executive management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 2D CAD and 3D CAD software (i.e. SolidWorks)
Skills/Experience:
