The assistant director will work collaboratively with the branch director to formulate the daily and weekly program schedule, assist in staff development, and will contribute to the positive workplace culture. Do you enjoy helping youth with their homework or finding a new hobby? This position is vital to the daily operations of the Boys & Girls Club of Riverton acting as the branch director in their absence.
This position is looked on as the expert on all things related to high quality programs and will ensure that all programs are physically and emotionally safe and rooted in our priority outcome areas of Character & Leadership, Health & Wellbeing, Academic Success, and Life & Workforce Readiness.
Desired qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with youth recommended
- Group facilitation experience
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass a background check and pre employment drug screen

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
