Senior Civil Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, land surveying, planning, or related field-
Registered (licensed) professional in field of expertise strongly preferred

10+ years of experience in A/E industry and/or commercial, residential, or governmental land development, including 3–5 years of project management

Experience with water/wastewater systems, water treatment, water distribution, and pump station projects

Proficiency with civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD and/or Civil3D

Strong track record in marketing and business development within the A/E industry

Senior Civil Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and CAD technicians throughout project lifecycles

Plan, schedule, and execute complex land development projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

Prepare, review, and direct the creation of designs, specifications, reports, and cost estimates

Maintain productive relationships with clients, agencies, subcontractors, and internal partners

Lead billing, budget management, and financial monitoring for assigned projects

Oversee quality assurance, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous process improvement
