Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powersports diagnostics and repair, with hands-on experience in a dealership or service technician environment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. We are looking for someone with some mechanical experience.
Duties
Assemble and build new ATV, Motorcycles and UTVS
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake repair, suspension work, and assembly tasks.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest Powersports technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
Skills
- Dealership experience is preferred for familiarity with specific vehicle brands and models.
- Proven service technician experience with a focus on automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Experience in soldering, welding, and performing suspension repairs is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely as part of the repair process.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
