Wynmoor, a large, gated adult condominium community in Coconut Creek is seeking a Maintenance Plumber.

Knowledge and responsibilities:
- Performs plumbing and related maintenance work on Council buildings and property.
- Installs various plumbing fixtures and installations as required.
- Estimates material needed for various projects and such us materials on hand.
- Records time and materials used on various projects.
- Must work with some independence under general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Performs other general building maintenance work not necessarily related to plumbing.
Candidate requirements:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of considerable experience in plumbing and general building maintenance work.
- Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Meet physical requirements such as lifting 50 lbs., crawling, stooping, work in tight places and climb a ladder.
Will need to complete background check and pre-employment drug test.
