Excellent at Leasing! Friendly, motivated with a great attitude Leasing Consultant . The ideal candidate will need to work well both independently and with others . The Leasing Consultant will play a role in maintaining occupancy rates and fostering relationships with residents. Job is hourly rate plus leasing commission.
Duties
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Assist applicants in completing leasing applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants while adhering to company policies.
Skills
- Data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with tenants and team members.
