We provide services for a wide range of disorders and comorbidities and need psychiatric providers that support a combined medication management and therapy approach to treatment for optimal care. Our clinicians have a wide range of specialties, allowing you to leverage the collective expertise of our clinical group for the benefit of patients and your professional development. Specialties include OCD, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, substance use/abuse, personality disorders and more. We also prefer that you have some specializing in IV Therapy and Weight Loss Services! In this vital role, you will deliver expert nursing care, focusing on intravenous treatments and weight management programs that empower patients to achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain Timely Patient Documentation through our EHR System
- Refer Patients Internally to Psychotherapy Services when appropriate.
- Utilize your Expertise with Optional Peer Collaboration Groups & Committees
- Experience & Ability to Diagnose, Develop Treatment Plans, Prescribe & Properly Monitor Medication
- Experience with Adult and or Child/Adolescent Patient Populations
- Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Psychiatry Consultation, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks / Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Sleep Problems, Depression, Stress / Stress Management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Trauma / PTSD
Extended Responsibilities for Weight Management
- Administer IV infusions, including hydration therapy, vitamin drips, and other specialized treatments, ensuring aseptic technique and patient safety at all times
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiological evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients on IV therapy procedures, weight loss protocols, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications to promote adherence and optimal outcomes
- Administer and monitor medical weight loss medications, including GLP-1 therapies such as Semiglutide and Tirzepatide.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, including medical documentation in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
- Monitor patients during treatments for adverse reactions or complications, responding swiftly with critical care techniques when necessary
- Assist with medical procedures such as suturing, catheterization, phlebotomy, and specimen collection while maintaining strict infection control standards
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
- Support laboratory and wellness operations as needed.
- Provide compassionate, professional, and patient- centered care.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of practicing and prescribing experience in psychiatry
- Must have 1-2 years of experience with weight loss management
- Unrestricted License with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) in TEXAS
- Must have an Active DEA
Weight Management Experience
- Proven experience in IV infusion therapy with a strong understanding of aseptic technique and venipuncture procedures. (GLP-1 medications preferred)
- Prior nursing experience in medical-surgical units, outpatient clinics, or specialized settings like weight management or aesthetic laser treatment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient tracking
- Experience working in diverse environments including hospital medicine, urgent care, outpatient clinics, or home & community care settings
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology relevant to IV therapy and weight loss services
- Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and respond effectively to acute pain management or emergency situations
Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
