Job Description: Sauté, Flat Top, Fryer, Pizza + Salad experience required!
- Proven experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Strong knife skills and sauté experience
- Cook-to-order meat temperatures
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service
- Excellent communication and teamwork, ability to call off ticket orders
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask with attention to detail
- Prepping and cooking menu items to spec
