We are actively seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to deliver exceptional, individualized care
within the
Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon, and adjacent communities.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and
ambulation (transfers and range of motion exercises).
- Execute meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Conduct light housekeeping tasks.
- Furnish companionship and offer respite services for family members.
- Supply transportation for medical appointments, errands, and other necessary activities
(as required).
Qualifications Sought:
- A documented minimum of two years of professional experience caring for seniors.
- Current State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (preferred).
- TB test result is required
- Successful completion of a drug screening and comprehensive background check.
- Proficiency in operating a Hoyer lift (advantageous).
- Experience in Dementia, Hospice, or end-of-life care (advantageous).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to an insured and reliable vehicle
(preferred).
