We are seeking a proactive and skilled 3rd Shift Maintenance Facility Support technician to join our dynamic manufacturing environment. This vital role ensures the seamless operation of our facility’s equipment and cleanliness during overnight hours.
You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, manage the daily cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of hands-on environmental services to keep our building in peak condition.
THE DETAILS & DOLLARS!
The Schedule: Stable, full-time 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Keep your mornings free and skip the rush hour traffic!
The Starting Line: Base pay starts at $21.53/hr—plus an extra $1.00/hr shift differential, bringing your total starting pay to $22.53/hr.
The Growth Path: We reward hard work! You’ll receive performance-based pay increases throughout your first year, with the potential to reach a max of $25.66/hr.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions.
- Floor sweeper operation and maintenance
- Addressing any noticeable floor concerns (water, oil, coolant, etc.)
- Operation of trash compactor
- Emptying of all trash containment vessels
- Clean and maintain shop and equipment as assigned.
- Repair and stack wood dunnage as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Operate forklift to move product.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience
- 0-1 years janitorial experience in a manufacturing facility
- Working knowledge of OHSA regulations including LOTO and PPE
- Facility maintenance experience
