Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Monitor guest consumption for responsible serving, adhering to alcohol laws and safety protocols.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclubs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests.
- Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred to understand high-end service standards.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus for versatile service capabilities.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and quick calculations during busy shifts.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including beverage preparation, brewing techniques, and food industry best practices.
