About Us
Wound Care is a mobile wound care practice dedicated to bringing expert, advanced wound management directly to our patients. We combine clinical excellence with the latest wound-healing technologies to deliver measurable outcomes and compassionate, patient-centered care. As we grow and expand into new areas of wound therapy, we're looking for an experienced administrator to help run and scale our operation.
The Role
We're seeking a hands-on Practice Administrator with a strong background running a wound care company. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of our mobile practice — from staffing and scheduling to credentialing, billing, compliance, and vendor management — while helping us launch new service lines. The ideal candidate blends clinical knowledge with operational leadership and thrives in a growing, fast-moving environment. Regular presence at our Beverly Hills office is required, so candidates near Beverly Hills are preferred.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the mobile wound care practice and keep the team running smoothly
- Lead scheduling, routing, and coordination of field clinicians and support staff
- Manage payer credentialing, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee billing, prior authorizations, and revenue cycle to keep cash flow healthy
- Manage inventory, vendors, and workflows for grafts / skin substitutes and UltraMIST
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and high documentation standards across the team
- Help launch and build out new service lines, including PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and advanced antimicrobial therapies
- Hire, train, and lead administrative and clinical support staff
- Serve as the key liaison between clinicians, patients, facilities, and vendors
What We're Looking For
- Active California LVN license or higher (LVN, RN, or NP) — required
- Substantial experience running or managing a wound care company or practice — required
- Working knowledge of wound care modalities, including grafts / skin substitutes and UltraMIST
- Familiarity with emerging therapies such as PRP and antimicrobials (a plus)
- Experience with payer credentialing, Medicare enrollment, billing, and compliance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A true team player focused on giving patients the best possible outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience in mobile, bedside, or home-health operations
- EMR / practice-management software proficiency
- Experience growing a practice or launching new clinical service lines
