We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Private Duty Home Care Nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term Private Duty Home Care case in Camden, NJ.
This Private Duty Home Care Nurse position supports an adult male client who lives independently in a professionally managed, secure-access residential building with controlled entry and on-site security.
The ideal Private Duty Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) values one-on-one care, clinical consistency, and supporting a client’s independence.
Competitive Pay Rates
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35/hour
- Registered Nurse (RN): $40/hour
Open Shifts
- Every other Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Every other Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM

- All transfers performed using a Hoyer lift (no manual lifting required)

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled Private Duty Home Care nursing care in the home setting
- Trach and ventilator management
- Ongoing respiratory and clinical monitoring
- Medication administration
- ADL assistance using appropriate lift equipment
- Clear communication with client and care team
- Accurate documentation per agency standards
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Trach/vent experience preferred (training support available for the right RN or LPN)
- Ability to work independently as a Private Duty Nurse
- Comfort using a Hoyer lift for transfers
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Respect for client autonomy and independence
- Private Duty Home Care experienced preferred
