In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive medical care, perform diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient health outcomes in a urgent care and wellness medicine setting. Your expertise will support a wide range of specialties, ensuring high-quality care across diverse clinical settings. Responsibilities

- nt assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to establish evidence based diagnoses, and patient centered care.
- Utilize advanced EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems to document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care efficiently.
- Provide modern urgent care and wellness medicine practices
- Interpret diagnostic imaging results and laboratory data to inform clinical decisions across various specialties.
- Collaborate with provider and managment teams to develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to patient needs.
- Perform procedures including suturing, IV infusions, DOT physicals, L&I exams, VBQ's,
- Manage inpatient and outpatient care settings, ensuring seamless discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Stay current with medical research and clinical guidelines to maintain high standards of practice and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure as a MD/DO
- Post-residency experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency across multiple specialties such as family medicine, womens health, urgent care, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like Athena, Medifusion, Epic or similar platforms for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Proven ability to perform diagnostic evaluations
- Experience in a urgent care or emergency hospital environments or Level I/II trauma centers is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with procedures including OBGYN, catheterization, neurocritical care interventions, airway management, and perioperative care is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and workplace safety at all times.
