Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Lakehouse Restaurant in Cheat Lake. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to our mission of providing high-quality food and service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a server role within a restaurant environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros).
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Experience in fine dining is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
