Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Fontana, CA (Work location may vary based on business needs.)
Payrate: $28–$32/hr (based on experience)
Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:40 PM(overtime may be required based on business needs)
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. This role focuses on on-site execution, team supervision, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily warehouse floor operations and execution
- Supervise team leads and associates on-site
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and daily output
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate daily staffing and task assignments
- Address on-site issues and provide immediate solutions
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Support operational flow across departments
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- 1+ year of supervisory or team management experience
- Strong on-site management and execution ability
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environment preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with WMS and warehouse operations
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
