Tasting Room Crew Member: Wine Educator - Three Sisters Vineyards (Dahlonega, GA)
About the Role: We are hiring for a Wine Educator to pour wine, talk to customers, deliver exceptional hospitality, and to share our passion for North Georgia wine. Position reports directly to our Tasting Room Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, conduct guided wine tastings, and ask good questions to make educated product recommendations
- Learn and share the history and winemaking style of Three Sisters Vineyards
- Process transactions accurately on the POS system, promote wine sales, and encourage wine club sign-ups
- Maintain a clean, organized tasting room, stock shelves, manage display presentation, and complete daily opening/closing procedures
Requirements
- Passion for wine and an eagerness to learn (prior knowledge a plus but not required, training provided)
- Availability to work Saturdays with Friday and Sunday availability
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Compensation
- $10-$15 / hour base pay, plus tips
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
