We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer GRC Administrator to support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within large-scale enterprise or government environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in RSA Archer administration, security compliance frameworks, and GRC platform support, along with experience integrating Archer solutions with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
This role requires collaboration with Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, and IT teams to support scalable, secure, and compliant GRC operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support RSA Archer GRC platform environments
- Support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives and security compliance programs
- Configure Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, access controls, permissions, and data management processes
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and risk management teams to support enterprise governance frameworks
- Support integrations between RSA Archer and enterprise systems including ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and support application enhancements
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, workflows, integrations, and operational procedures
- Assist with security assessments, audit support, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Support implementation and administration of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, and related governance standards
- Participate in change management, release management, and deployment activities
- Provide technical support, user guidance, and platform administration support for business stakeholders and end users
Required Qualifications
- Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR
- Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification
- Strong hands-on experience supporting RSA Archer environments and GRC implementations
- Experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC environments
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, and regulatory compliance programs
- Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance operations
- Knowledge of enterprise security governance and audit processes
- Experience supporting change management and SDLC environments
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
