Founded in 2017, Arbor Therapy is one of Arizona's fastest-growing pediatric outpatient therapy providers. We provide compassionate, evidence-based Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Feeding Therapy services to individuals from birth through young adulthood.

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping clients develop the skills needed for success at home, school, work, and within their communities.
Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans

Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions
-
Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, executive functioning, and daily living skills
-
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and families

Educate caregivers and provide home program recommendations
-
Complete timely electronic documentation

Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development

Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligible before start date)

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
-
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Current Fingerprint card

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for working with pediatric clients and their families

Pediatric outpatient experience

Sensory integration experience

Feeding therapy experience
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
