- Lead requirements discovery for large, complex,cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders,product owners, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive clarity andalignment.
- Analyze current-state and future-state businessneeds, including gaps, risks, dependencies, and impacts across teams orsystems.
- Create and review business process models,workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN.
- Translate business objectives into clearbusiness, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptancecriteria requirements.
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable,traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Identify downstream impacts across systems,operations, reporting, training, policy, organizational change, and otherbusiness areas.
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Project Managers, developers, QA, OCM/training, and business leaders to supportrefinement and delivery.
- Review requirements artifacts created by otheranalysts and provide coaching, feedback, and quality control.
- Support consistent BA standards, templates, andmethods for requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proactively identify risks, assumptions,constraints, dependencies, and unresolved decisions that may affect successfuldelivery.
Communicate complex business and technical informationclearly to both leadership and delivery-team audiences.
