Nick Mayer Ford Lincoln, a high volume car dealership, is looking for an experienced dealership accounting associate to join our accounting office team. We are interested in hiring someone with knowledge and experience in any or all of the following areas;
- Dealer Trades - process from beginning to end
- Posting new inventory into accounting
- Stocking in vehicle inventory
- Processing deal paperwork to send to financial institutions
- Handle all trade payoffs
- Payables/Receivables
- Cashier/Balancing
- CDK experience strongly preferred
- Having notary or willing to obtain notary a must
- Booking/Billing car dealing and titling as needed but rarely
