Position Summary
As a BDC Representative, you will:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and text.
- Schedule sales appointments and follow up with undecided buyers.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be well-spoken and use proper grammar.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience in BDC, customer service, or high-volume call centers preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
