Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and patient Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 3 to 5 years. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in alignment with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Observe and assess children’s development and learning, maintaining accurate records and portfolios.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff through regular communication and collaboration.
- Encourage social interaction, cooperation, and responsibility through play and structured activities.
- Ensure the health and safety of children by following proper hygiene, supervision, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Required Skills:
- Experience working with children in a childcare, nannying, or daycare setting
- Knowledge of age-appropriate caregiving techniques and child development milestones
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures
*Other training will be provided upon hire to ensure compliance with the State of Wyoming and the safety of our children.
