Responsibilities
- Perform collision repair by assessing damage, repairing or replacing structural components, and straightening frames as needed using welding, sheet metal work, and correct alignment procedures.
- Repair and replace panels, dents, and damaged auto body parts; execute MIG welding and fabrication to restore original specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for sanding, grinding, soldering, and painting prep; apply sealants and basic auto glass tasks when required.
- Conduct automotive mechanical repair and maintenance as needed to ensure safe, roadworthy vehicles; verify fit and function of repaired components.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and dealership/ shop protocols; document work performed and communicate progress with team and customers.
