Licensed Therapist – Community‑Based Behavioral Health (Broward County) Safe Future LLC — nurturing minds, restoring balance — is seeking a dedicated clinician to provide community‑based individual therapy and support our expanding behavioral health programs across Broward County. This is a field‑based role, serving clients in their natural environments.
We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).
Preferred Qualifications & Keywords for Visibility
- Active Florida license: LMHC or LCSW
- Medicare‑credentialed therapist (optional, but strongly desired)
- Experience with Medicaid, AHCA compliance, clinical documentation, treatment planning, community mental health, trauma‑informed care, and behavioral health services
- Strong ability to work independently in community‑based, field‑based, or mobile therapy settings
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and ethical boundaries
- Reliable transportation for community visits
Role Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients in the community
- Complete accurate, timely, and ‘audit‑ready’ documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold all Florida Statutes, AHCA standards, and Board regulations
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong client engagement
Compliance Requirements
Candidates must be prepared to:
- Successfully pass Level II background screening
- Submit all required credentials, licenses, registrations, and certifications upon hire
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid, AHCA, and Florida Board standards throughout employment
