Overview
Delta Blues Express is seeking reliable and motivated FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to navigate various routes, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay: $650–$1,200 (direct deposit)
- Performance-based raises after 90 days

Schedule & Hours
- Full-Time: 5–6 days/week
- Weekends required
- Shifts begin at 7:30 AM and typically finish by 5:30 PM, depending on route
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided FedEx Ground delivery vehicle.
- Load, transport, and deliver to homes and businesses efficiently
- Navigate delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide professional customer service at delivery points
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Comply with all FedEx and DOT standards and safety protocols
Experience
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

- Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, USPS, DHL, or other delivery services
- A desire to grow in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon, etc. qualify)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes cannabis, Delta 8, some CBD products)
- Pass a DOT physical exam (paid for by Sea Cow Express)
- Able to lift up to 150 lbs with a dolly
- Background check required
- Strong time management and attention to detail
