Our Company, BB's Tex-Orleans has opened our first Restaurant in the Golden Triangle Area. We are a full-service, high volume restaurant with a great culture. We have 10 restaurants in the Houston area and are in the San Antonio Market. We feature authentic Cajun and Texas cuisine and we are known for our great Crawfish. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and culinary experiences, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, kitchen management, and front-of-house service to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and food safety standards to maintain high-quality offerings and minimize waste.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Monitor shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand while controlling labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operational areas.
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes for new team members to select qualified candidates aligned with our service standards.
- Manage budgeting responsibilities including cost control, sales analysis, and profit maximization strategies.
- Foster a culture of hospitality excellence by delivering memorable guest experiences through attentive customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a quick service or full-service restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety protocols, and food industry regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, and team management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster teamwork.
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing operational improvements.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
