HRE Performance Wheels – Internal Sales Representative (Full-Time)
HRE Performance Wheels is seeking a full-time Internal Sales Representative to support and drive sales efforts across our product lines in accordance with our company’s values, goals, and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal sales for all HRE wheel lines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers
- Support events, marketing, and other sales-related initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Professional, articulate, and able to engage a discerning, global clientele
- Multilingual abilities and/or international living experience is a strong plus
- This role is not for high-pressure or fast-talking sales types—our approach is consultative and relationship-driven
- Comfortable offering and receiving constructive feedback
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Quick learner with the ability to confidently discuss technical specifications (training will be provided)
- Above all, integrity is essential—we must be able to trust you
Salary
- Includes Base Salary, Commission, Bonuses so has significant growth potential
- $70K-$85K/annually estimated to start
