At Olympic Plumbing Technology, we are a growing, locally rooted plumbing company with a reputation for quality work and a team-first culture. We invest in our people, promote from within, and give our leaders the tools and support they need to succeed. If you are a hands-on leader who takes pride in your craft and wants to be part of a company that values your expertise, this is the opportunity for you.
Think of our Install Supervisor as air traffic control with authority on the ground. You'll keep every installation project moving from the moment it's sold to the moment it's complete, coordinating permits, documentation, materials, and job readiness so nothing falls through the cracks. You'll hold real day-of authority to reassign crews and resolve conflicts as they come up, working side by side with the Install Manager, who owns technical quality, coaching, and all performance oversight of field staff, while you own the workflow and administrative logistics that make great results possible. This is a coordination and job-readiness role, not a people-management position; you won't have direct reports or supervise anyone's performance.
This is a high-visibility, high-trust role for someone who thrives on organized chaos, communicates clearly under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a 5-Star Customer Experience on every job.
