Responsibilities
- Surgical chairside assisting including implants, extractions, and bone grafting
- Assist doctors and hygienists during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Show patients to exam rooms and prepare them for procedures
- Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging
- Make dental impressions
- Sterilize dental tools and equipment
- Support post-procedure clean-up
- Support clinical efficiency and patient flow
- Help maintain a positive and growth-focused office culture
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience

Typical Schedule
- 5–6 days per week

Qualifications
- Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant license required
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with implants and surgical assisting preferred
- Familiarity with iTero and digital dentistry workflows preferred
- Open Dental software experience preferred
