Our Delivery Drivers play a key role in extending that experience directly to customers’ doors.
Position Summary
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering cannabis orders to customers while maintaining full compliance with Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) requirements. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cannabis orders safely, accurately, and on schedule using company delivery systems
- Verify customer identification and ensure all deliveries meet CRA compliance standards
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and accountability
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, text, and in‑person interactions
- Assist with inventory, staging, and back‑of‑house operations during downtime
- Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles responsibly
- Represent Kulture 81’s brand values and service standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older (CRA requirement)
- Michigan residency required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Frequent entering/exiting of vehicles throughout the shift
