ABOUT US
Kamei's Dies carries forward a tradition of meticulous Japanese craftsmanship that has made us one of the most respected names in the die-making industry. For over 25 years, we’ve set a quality standard of precision, patience, and pride. We’re a tight-knit team that genuinely loves the craft; we take as much care with a small leather jewelry die as we do with a large-format packaging run for a major brand.
Our longevity in this industry is due to the relationships we've built, the quality we consistently deliver, and the culture we've cultivated: one where your skill is respected, your growth is encouraged, and your work truly matters. If you're a craftsperson who takes pride in doing things the right way, Kamei's Dies is the place for you.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Die Maker to join our team. This is a hands-on production role where no two days are the same. Our projects span an extraordinary range — from delicate leather jewelry to foam packaging, snowboard graphics, and large commercial boxes. You'll work with your hands, your mind, and your eye for detail to bring client visions to life using traditional die-making techniques backed by modern tooling and CAD technology.
If you thrive doing precision work and love the variety that comes with a small business setting, we want to hear from you.
