Job Summary
We are remodeling company that is looking to add custom glass manufacturing to our scope. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Glass Fabricator to join our team and assist in start up. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for transforming raw glass materials into custom frameless shower enclosures. Your expertise will ensure that each piece meets strict quality standards and specifications, contributing to the creation of high-quality glass solutions for various applications.
Applicants can choose between fabrication only or fabrication plus doing the installation once the glass is tempered.
Experience
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or fabrication environments, custom shower glass or similar materials.
- Familiarity with several glass cutting, edging and polishing techniques.
- Knowledge of GD&T standards for precise measurement and quality control.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and fabricating equipment.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to glass fabrication or machining is highly desirable.
